David Reiter has been in the investment, lending, and financial service industries for over 25 years. He began his career as a Financial Advisor for Cal Fed Investments in 1996 where he developed comprehensive financial plans for clients to achieve their personal goals of retirement, growth, income, estate planning, and preservation of wealth.
In 2004, David managed traders and company compliance at a small trading firm in preparation for the firm’s sale to E-Trade. Following the firm’s sale, David was hired by the firm’s owners to manage their investment banking reverse merger division. At MG Financial, David analyzed companies looking to raise money through the public markets through reverse mergers and structured debt financing.
Following the financial collapse of 2008, David utilized his financial planning and debt financing experience to evolve within his career. David consulted with small businesses to help make their operations more efficient while establishing relationships with elected officials in their communities to encourage favorable business treatment.
Through this experience, David found his way back to banking and wealth management in 2013. David focused on managing the wealth and lending needs of high-net-worth individuals and families at Citibank and City National Bank for the next seven years. While at City National, David excelled while working with business owners and was soon recruited to work in commercial lending.
David grew up in Huntington Beach and enjoys traveling, writing, and competitive sports such as basketball, baseball, football, tennis, and racquetball. David enjoys life with his partner, Kim, who he has been with for over eight years.
